Thomas Boeglin, our French founder and Artisan Macaronier Français, established B-macaron by Toma's Bakery in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2016. What began as an uncompromising pursuit of the perfect macaron has grown into a professional production facility crafting over 20,000 pieces every day.
